Ok, now I'm getting freaked out. It seems the quiet little country "sleeper town" (pop 27,000) that I live in, where nothing ever happens, has become the recent spotlight for 3 grizzly murders in just the last week alone...

The last one was a double homicide in what a 30 year state police officer describes as "the most horrific scene" he has ever witnessed. The killers target was a young mother in her 20's and her 6-9 month old baby who was found still strapped in his stroller!! They were found in a local park where they were walking, a park where I have taken Pugsley on walks and where my Dad used to take me Bullhead fishing when I was little. It sends shivers up my spine to think anyone could be capable of this let alone someone in my hometown. And the question now looms if the 3 recent murders were all related with some sort of serial killer on the loose targeting young white women in my town. Now I'm officially scared!! Not just for me but for all my friends, family, and neighbors. Please pray for the victims and pray that the police will soon find the killers in the manhunt that is now underway.
