Killer Abs Protect Woman in Accident
(May 14) - Peggy Williams' daily routine of crunches and sit-ups sure paid off.
Last month, the British woman was about to take off on a paraglider in Andalusia, Spain, when a gust of wind lifted her up and flipped her over. She was dragged across the rough ground, with her stomach getting pummeled by rocks, according to ABC News.

Thanks to her well-toned abs, Peggy Williams escaped serious injury during a paragliding accident in Spain last month, ABC News reported May 12. The 47-year-old was about to take off when a gust of wind flipped her over and dragged her across the rocky ground, pummeling her stomach. "I got a smack in my abdomen, right across it with a big rock," the British woman said.
Can you imagine - if she didn't have a tight stomach her belly would have been ripped to shreds on the rocks. Awesome.

That is amazing! But it must of still ripped her skin up pretty badly.

I will reveal a secret about my daddy (name withheld for his own protection) he loves ladies with rock hard abs, you know the kind you can bounce quarters off but even more so he likes the small breasted ladies.
Take note of inset pic small breasts and tight abs just imagine the damage if Peggy had a big set of hooters to hit the ground.
