I think this picture of a fully rehabilitated Pixie says it all.

Oh, lucky Pixie that you came along to rescue her. That "before" picture just breaks my heart.

One of our two dogs and my cat are both rescue critters, and we love them to death.

Oh, lucky Pixie that you came along to rescue her.

Thanks, it wasn't me personally but the rescue org I volunteer for: www.curlytailpugrescue.org. Pixie is a prime example of how we can make a big difference in a little life.

Drea is actually the one who fostered sweet Pixie and nursed her back from skin and bones to the happy healthy girl you see today :) Drea is a true pug angel! I am just happy to be a part of it all..

I am so very thankful there are rescue groups for most breeds. Amazing what love and food can do for an animal. I know Pixie's case was so sad because of the health of her owner. How is Miss Plum coming along? Better I hope! And Bryant?

Oh she looks amazing! Like a completely different pug! I am so happy she has done so well and found a home. :)

How is Plum coming along?

I am so sad reading about the loss of your "sausage".
Please, can you tell me how it happened? I have 2 pugs and my Emily is
12 years old and I cry to even think of losing her..

Thanks and God Bless your heart..

Mary
