I've become a little bit obsessed with kayaking this year. Any chance to get out into nature and check out the wild plant and animal life is a good time to me.

It's an added bonus that kayaking is such a good upper body and core workout. After 5 hours of it this weekend I was pretty sore the next day. All worthwhile to get this close to the beauty of natural things.

Lori nature is so beautiful especially when you take the time to really look.
Have you taken Mox on any kayak trips? Last year out in Gloucester harbor there was a woman with a dog on the kakak deck even tho he had a life jacket on I would be afraid of a tip over but on a small pond I think it would be enjoyable.
ETBP and I have many fond memories on the motorcycle. a very special bond between us has resulted.

Just an added note.
Maybe if you train Mox in a small canoe to get her sea legs as there is more room and I think in a kayak there is only room on deck for her.
Make sure both of you have life vests on at all times, a valuable lesson from my mistakes, no matter how good a swimmer you are when sh**t happens you want to be a safe as possible, drowning is not fun.
Don't think I have to remind you to do that but any readers of the blog may gain from the advice.
You know how ETBP and I worry about you.
Glad to see the Angelo connection is going good.
Keep the best rescue duo (L&M) safe.
ETBP says have fun
